3CE's cloud lip tint line contains smooth, blur tints with a matte finish. The look is a my-lips-but-better satin stain finish that is long-lasting and smudge/mask proof. Applies in a velvet gloss for full lips, and can be smeared across lips for a more natural effect. If your lips are super dry it may settle into cracks or wrinkles.
