Guide: Ordering for Pickup

Thank you for your interest in ordering skincare with SKIN.TO.

We pride ourselves in making skincare more accessible for our community, and therefore offer free pick-ups in downtown Toronto and Markham. The following guide was created to ensure that the process goes smoothly. If you still have questions, please feel free to reach out to us on Instagram.

Navigate to My Cart

Once you get to your cart page, select Pick-Up - either in Markham or Downtown. Then please select your pick-up slot.

Pick-ups in Markham are Sundays from 12-12:10pm.
Pick-ups downtown are Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-6:10pm.

Pick-up times are subject to change. The time frame for pick-ups are firm, please do not be late.

After checking pick-up times, please select a pick-update date that works for you with the selection calendar. Then click Check Out

On the checkout page, select Pick-Up as the option, and then Continue to Payment

Payment page

On the Payment page, select which method you want to pay with. E-transfer is preferred and you will be provided extra samples if you choose this option. Due to regulations, you have to fill in your billing address no matter which payment option you choose. Select Confirm Order

Your order is placed! You will get a confirmation email and reminder for your pick-up time.
