Holy Grail for Dehydrated Oily Skin!

I bought this for my boyfriend who has oily skin. He always complains his skin feels tight even after putting on a moisturizer. This essence is now his first step in his night time routine after washing his face and before putting on a moisturizer. He says his skin feels hydrated and has even become less oily.
